Returns go through Amazon

Because the purchase is made on Amazon, the return is made on Amazon. Open your orders, choose the item, and follow the return process there. The window, the refund method and whether return postage is free are all set by Amazon and the seller, and they are shown on the order.

We cannot start, track or chase a return, and we never see your order in the first place. Writing to us about one adds a day and changes nothing.

Try them on the way a shop would want you to

• Indoors, on carpet, with the socks you actually intend to wear
• In the afternoon or evening, when your feet are at their largest
• Both shoes on, standing and walking, not sitting on the edge of the bed
• Keep the packaging until you are sure; a shoe worn outdoors is much harder to return

Fewer returns is the whole point of this site

Most footwear returns are sizing, and most sizing errors come from ordering the number printed in an old pair. Ten minutes with a sheet of paper and the fit guide removes the guesswork, and the size finder converts the measurement for you.

If a shoe fits in length but pinches across the forefoot, the answer is a wider last or the insole out, not a larger size. Going up in length to fix a width problem is how people end up returning twice.
