Email hello@bronax-wide-fit.pages.dev. One person reads it and usually replies within a couple of working days. There is no phone line and no live chat, which is honest rather than clever: we would not be able to staff either.

What we are useful for

A price, size or colour on this site that does not match the Amazon listing
A model that BRONAX sells and we have missed
Anything in the fit guides that is wrong, unclear, or out of date
A broken link or a page that does not load

What we cannot do

We have no access to your order. This site does not sell shoes, take payment, hold stock or ship anything. Every buy button sends you to the Amazon listing, and from that point the transaction is between you and Amazon.

Questions about where a parcel is, how to return it, or when a refund will land go to Amazon customer service through the order in your Amazon account. We would only be forwarding you there with an extra day's delay.
